The cruise control fuse for Your 2006 Ford F-150 is going to be located in the relay box in Your engine compartment. It's usually labeled "speed control" in the chart on the cover of that panel. If Your cruise control has thrown a malfunction indicator light (MIL), be aware there's no less than 24 or so diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) related to the cruise system to diagnose. Reasons for failure here, beyond the fuse, is typically going to be one of the many sensors involved in the powertrain and engine control modules. You can actually lose cruise functionality for something as unrelated as an oxygen sensor failing. Good luck!
