The owners manual for the 2006 Toyota Sienna says that You should always use the Toyota Super Long Life Coolant. While You don't have to use the Toyota brand of coolant it is important that You use one that is A50/50 mixture of coolant and deionized water. Most bottles will tell You on the label what the mix is so it's not too difficult to choose the right now. This kind of mix works well to protect from freezing during the colder months and boiling during summer time. The Sienna has a coolant capacity of 3 1/2 quarts. -
