The 2007 Ford Expedition is one of those models that does not have a cabin air filter. It has a regular engine air filter which does require maintenance and the part number for it is FA-1883. There isn't too much of a downside to not having a cabin air filter in Your vehicle but You'll get a bit more dust and pollen inside the cabin. -

The 2007 ford expedition cabin air filter location can either be under the dashboard behind the glove box, or it can sometimes be under the hood of the vehicle near the back.
