The 2007 Ford F-150 fuel pump has two associated fuses located in the passenger compartment fuse panel, also called the power distribution box. It can be found under the instrument panel on the right-hand side. Fuse number 9 is a 20A fuse which powers the fuel pump relay along with the fuel injectors and injector sense. On the printer circuit board is fuse R303 which powers the fuel pump. The most obvious symptom of a bad fuse is of course going to be a cease function of the fuel pump. Your Check Engine Light may also be illuminated. Other signs of a failing fuse or relay include inability to detect any noise from the fuel pump, issues with the engine performance such as stalling, idling, or acceleration, and/or unusually long start times.
