The 2007 Honda Accord has a camshaft position sensor that can be found under the valve cover, or in one of a few other places, all of which are inside the engine bay. It is relatively easy to find, and it will only take a few minutes. Take a look at the top of the engine block, or at the rear of the cylinder head. There You will find the valve cover, with the sensor hiding underneath. If it has become faulty, the sensor will need to be replaced. You can expect to pay between $38 and $87 for parts alone. If You have it replaced by a mechanic, You can expect to pay an additional $58 to $138 for labor.
