You can use either DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid in Your 2007 Hyundai Sonata. If You ever get the brake fluid level warning light that means that You need to quickly refill with either one of those options. You may also want to bring the vehicle to a dealer afterwards because You may have a leak somewhere. Your brake fluid doesn't typically get that low without a leak and it's unsafe to keep driving for long if that's the case. If that light doesn't disappear and the parking brake light is also on it could be a sign that there is an issue with Your electronic brake force distribution. -
