INFINITI recommends usinG5w-30 high mileage engine oil in their 2007 M35. Originally they suggested using standard oil but have since changed that recommendation to using fully synthetic motor oil. If You are using standard oil INFINITI lists the service schedule as every three months. They specifically state that it is based on time and not mileage, so regardless of how much You drive the vehicle You will need to have the oil changed every three months. If You have made the switch to synthetic motor oil, they recommend changing it every 7,500 miles. There is no length of time given for synthetic so only mileage counts.
