The 2007 Lexus GS350 oxygen sensors can be found on the exhaust before and after the catalytic converter on bank one and bank 2. You will be able to spot them because they are screwed into bungs that are welded on the exhaust and have wires running to them. The O2 sensors in Your exhaust are used to measure the exhaust gasses to determine the air to fuELRatio. They will give this information to the ECU to help it determine the amount of air and fuel that the vehicle needs. If one of these sensors is starting to fail You will notice that the vehicle is running rough.
