What's the 2008 Chevy Uplander camshaft position sensor location?

The 2008 Chevy Uplander camshaft position sensor (CMP) can be found on the crankshaft of the engine near the relays. The sensor is situated at or below the valve cover of the cylinder head sealing line on the belt side of the engine. The CMP consists of a magnet and an iron core that is covered in copper wire and fixed on the cylinder head. This data is then sent to the powertrain control module to be used with the fuel injector and the ignition control system to decide the amount of fuELRequired to be injected for combustion and power.
