The 2008 GMC Sierra comes with A6 X5.5 inch or 139.7mm bot pattern from the factory. This means that there are SRX lug nuts on Your wheels and they are 5.5 inches apart from each other. When You are shopping for wheels make sure that You get ones that have this exact bolt pattern. There are adapter plates on the market but they can cause excessive damage to the wheel hub in Your vehicle. I recommend visiting a reputable tire and wheel shop and they can confirm that the tires and wheels will fit Your car right. When upgrading wheels also make sure that You do not go too wide as that can cause rubbing when You turn.
