The starter relay in a 2008 Nissan Versa can be found in the fuse panel that is under the hood near the battery. When Your vehicle is not starting this is one of the first things to check. The first thing You should do is try to jump start it. If while You are jump starting the vehicle there is no clicking or grinding from the starter motor then You will want to check this relay. Usually unplugging it and plugging it back in can fix the relay but You may need to replace it. Relays have been known to fail in the past and they can definitely cause Your car to not start.
