You'll want to replace with Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent. Some folks swear the best thing to put in here is actually Mobile-1'S75W-90 or 75W-140, which has a limited slip additive already added, but other folks absolutely swear by K&W's TransX Posi-Trac Limited Slip Gear Oil Additive.
