The electronic control module for a 2009 Chevy Silverado truck is going to be located under the hood of the vehicle and at the rear of the engine. You're going to want to look between the engine and the firewall. It will have a black cover over it and will have three black nuts on top of it. Once You remove these nuts You're going to see see the relay center and You'll see the wires that are connected to the ECM. If You're going to work on this area You should first disconnect the battery for Your own safety.
