There are a total of four 02 sensors located in the 2010 Dodge Challenger. Two are located upstream right in the exhaust manifolds and the other two are located downstream on the catalytic converter. These sensors take the live readings of the exhauSTStream and indicate to the ECU if the car is running too rich or too poor on fuel. It optimizes the fuel consumption of the car with the help of these readings. If You notice Your car is burning too much fuel with rough idling, or the car is having starting problems with the check engine light illuminated, Your o2 sensors are failing. They should be replaced as soon as possible to restore smooth running of the car.

The 2010 dodge challenger o2 sensor location is inside the exhaust system, and most vehicles can have up to 5 of them.
