The 2010 GMC Sierra 2500HD comes with the same 6.0L V8 engine across a few different body styles. The tires are either LT265/70R17 for the SLT, or LT245/75R16 for the SLE, Work Truck, and Regular Cab. The wheels that those sit on are either 17 inches in diameter and 7.5 inches in width in the case of the SLT, or 16 inches in diameter and 6.5 inches in width in all other cases. Luckily, no matter what configuration You're driving, the bolt pattern remains consistent. You're always going to have 8x165.1, with a 116.7mm center bore. The "8" in the bolt pattern indicates eight lug nuts for each of Your four wheels, which have thread measuring M14 X1.5.
