If Your 2010 Honda CR-V's radio is not working properly then it may need to be reset and You might need to use a radio code to unlock it. To find Your code You will need to follow a few steps. First You need to hold down the 1 and 6 preset buttons at the same time on the dash then tap the power button to turn the radio on. Once You do that the 10 digit radio serial number will be displayed on the screen. You should write that number down and then contact a Honda dealership. They will be able to give You a code based on that number that You can use to unlock the radio in Your car.

To get the radio code for the 2010 honda crv, press and hold the 1 and 6 buttons for about ten seconds, then push the power button. The code will toggle and then appear.

The radio code (audio code) is written on the first page of the 2010 Honda Service History booklet. This booklet was received along with the CRV Owner's Manual when vehicle was brand new. Both manual and service history booklet have black and blue covers and were located in the CRV's glove compartment.
