The 2010 Mazda CX7 came standard with A5-speed automatic transmission on the base model and lower level trims but the top of the line models came equipped with A6-speed automatic. No matter which transmission You have they are both going to need to run on Automatic Transmission Fluid Type T-IV. ThiS-TYPE is somewhat uncommon so You should call ahead if You're going to shop in person or possibly order online if You can wait. The capacity for the standard transmission will be 5.3 US quarts while the 6-speed will be a larger at 7 US quarts.
