The 2011 Buick Regal has a wheel bolt pattern of 5x120mm. The wheel bolt pattern is what is used to help keep the wheel/rim bolted to the vehicle. It is measured by takeng the diameter of a circle through the hole. So 5x120mm means that there iS5 bolts and the diameter of a circle through those holes is 120mm. The Regal also has a thread size of M14 X1.5, a center bore of 66.9 mm and it uses lug nuts as the wheel fasteners. The size of the wheels are 18 inches in diameter and 8 inches in width. The size of the tires are 235/50R18 and 245/40R19 for bot the CXL 2.0L Turbo and the CXL 2.4L.
