The 2011 Hyundai Sonata does not make use of a mass air flow sensor. Instead, it uses a map sensor. This stands for Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor. It can be found near the throttle systems, on the intake pipes. Traditional MAF sensors can be found between the air filter and the throttle body systems. These work to measure how much air enters and passes through the engine. The MAP sensor, such as the one in the 2011 Sonata, works slightly different. Instead of measuring airflow, it tracks the vacuum pressure in the engine and then uses complex calculations to gauge air passing in and out of the engine. Almost all cars have either a MAF or a MAP sensor.
