The secondary air injection fuse(F32) and relay(N10/1kP) are located on the third bottom row of the front SAM which is on the left engine side of Your 2011 Mercedes C300. The fuel pump relay is an important component of the fuel system of Your vehicle. The device basically puts pressure on the fuel system of Your vehicle within a few seconds before the level of oil pressure takes over the fuel system in order to help the system start Your vehicle upon ignition. A fuel pump relay will typically cost about $25 for the part, and a mechanic may charge a MINImum of an hour's worth of labor to replace it. The vehicle not starting may be a fuel pump or relay along with other possible ignition problems.
