The 2012 Acura MDX uses a 19mm hex m14 X1.50 standard lug nut and is fitted with A5 lug 4.5 inch or 114.3mm high positive offset bolt design. It's good to know this, because if You want to buy new rims, You'll need to fit the bolt pattern. The 5 is the number of llug nuts on the wheel and the diameter of the bolt pattern is 114.3 mm. It will also ensure that the lug studs are stable and that there is no undue tension on any of the wheel assembly. It is also important that You use the correct torque on the lug nuts to prevent stripping the bolts or damaging the lug stud and the torque iS-100 ft.-lbs. The cost for lug nuts will range for a set between $5 and $15 depending on the brand and aftermarket.

Top answer is incorrect about the bolt pattern. It's a 5 x 120mm bolt pattern, not 114.3mm.
