The 2012 HyundaiAccent does not have a mass air flow (MAF) sensor. Instead, You'll find a manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor. These perform generally the same function during the normal operation of the vehicle. In order to find it, You'll need to look to the bottom right of the intake. It can be a bit difficult to get to, as meaningful access will necessitate the removal of some components. If You've determined, through OBD-II diagnostics or other means, that Your MAP sensor needs to be replaced, You'll be looking at a part costing upwards of $70. If You choose to have it done professionally, the price balloons to around $150 (give or take $25), but it may be worth it to avoid the headache.

On the 2012 hyundai accent the mass air flow sensor is located in the left rear of the engine compartment, in the intake air duct, to the right of the air cleaner
