The fuel pump relay in a 2013 Dodge Challenger can be found in the fuse panel that is located in the trunk of the vehicle. If You are having problems getting Your fuel pump to turn on when You put the vehicle in the on position then this is the first thing that You should replace. Removing and reinstalling the relay can also reset the fuel pump if it is having a problem where it needs to be reset to get it working again. This is the first thing You should check when there is no fuel pressure. If this is fine then You may need to replace the fuel pump assembly to get it working properly again.
