There are actually two fuel pump relay locations for the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. The one You'll typically be looking for is going to be located in the fuse box to the right (driver's side) of Your engine compartment, and is the external fuel pump relay. However, there's also a second one that's internal to the totally integrated power module (TIPM) which happily can intermittently fail or cause the engine to stall or crash without warning while You're driving. To get at that, You'll open the long plastic black box to the left of the powertrain control module. You'll release the two clips on either side to access the internals to get at the relay.
