The 2013 Lexus RX350 is going to be come equipped with a 3.5L 6-cylinder 2GRFE engine across all trim levels. There was no option available for any other engine. You're going to need to use synthetic 0W-20 oil in this vehicle no matter which climate You live in as this oil will not freeze. It is acceptable to use 5W-20 but You will need to switch back to 0W-20 on Your next oil change. The total fluid capacity when the filter is included is going to be 6.4 US quarts. The oil drain plug is going to need the use of a 14mm socket to remove it and the torque needed to take it off will be 22 ft-lbs.

The owner's manual for this vehicle states that you should be using 0w-20 full synthetic motor oil.
