You can find the idle air control valve on Your 2013 Nissan Sentra near the throttle body. You'll likely need to use a flashlight to get down there and see it. It will be just under the intake manifold but above the throttle body. A replacement valve is going to cost between $50 and $100 depending on where You shop. If You want to take this to a mechanic to have them replace the valve for You then the total cost of parts and labor is going to be between $350 and $500.
