The 2014 BMW 528i does have a spare tire. If You look in the back of the car, there is a seam in the floor of the trunk. If You lift this section up You will see a hole in the car. In this hole is the spare tire, as well as a jack and a lug wrench. The tire is sealed in place with a nut in the center of the tire. You can simply twist this till it comes of, and then You can remove the tire. You can also store the regular tire here if You want, though You should not drive on the tire for a long time, as You are not meant to use it as a full replacement.
