The key fob for a 204 Honda Accord is going to need to use a CR2025 3v battery. To replace the battery You're first going to need to remove the physical key from the key fob. Now You need to grab a screwdriver or some kind of pry tool and stick it in to the alcove where the key once was. Hold it down on a table and keep one hand on top while You are prying with the other. With enough force the keyfob will now come apart and be in two pieces. One section will hold the battery. You'll need to use a small tool to pop it out of there and now put in the replacement.

I have a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6. I have replaced the battery a couple of times. It takes a CR2032 3V battery. The (+) terminal should face up when you insert the battery.
