The spare tire for a 2015 Cadillac ATS is going to be located in the trunk of the vehicle. While in the driver's seat press on the trunk release button and then head to the rear and lift it up. Now go ahead and peel the carpet back and You're going to see Your tire and tool kit. You'll want to remove the tool kit first as You're going to need the wrench from it to remove the tire. Once You have it out go ahead and take off the nut that is holding the tire in place and then You can use the tire iron to replace it.
