The fuel filter in a 2015 Chevy Colorado is located at the front side of the fuel tank under the truck and is on the fuel lines. The filter can be found inside of a black plastic housing that has two fuel lines running in and out of it. The fuel filter is designed to remove contaminants from the gasoline in Your truck before they reach the engine where they can cause clogging and damage. If You notice that You have lower than average fuel pressure then this could be a sign of a problem with the filter.
