The best coolant to use in a 2015 Dodge Durango is MOPAR® Antifreeze/Engine Coolant 10 Year/150,000 Mile Formula OAT. You can use an equivalent as long as it meets the requirements of Chrysler Material Standard MS.90032. This coin is not only designed to prevent the engine from freezing and blowing out a freeze plug on the engine block, but will also lubricate the water pump. When You check the fluid level make sure it is between the Min and Max lines on the reservoir. How much coolant the Durango has will depend on which engine it has. The 3.6 liter engine can hold 10.4 quarts without the tow package and 11 quarts with the tow package. The 5.7 liter engine can hold 15.4 quarts without the tow package and 16 quarts with it.
