The 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee doesn't really have a fuel filter, so much as a small sleeve (colloquially a "sock") on the bottom of the fuel pump in the gas tank. This is a non-serviceable part, as there's really no maintenance to be done with it, and rarely any reason to change it; it'll get replaced with the fuel pump, which only needs to be exchanged if it fails. If You're curious, the move to put the filters in the tank, and then to basically just have what amounts to a thin filter like the one this Jeep, is because for the most part, You aren't going to find sediment or other impurities from the gas from stations these days. While there are the odd outlier (see the news about Shell stations in northwest Indiana and southern Illinois in August of 2017...) there generally isn't going to be a lot of use for the filter. Of course, if it does get gummed up, Your engine's going to have difficulty starting and running, at which point, You'll be happy for the cost of switching the puMPVersus Your engine!
