The type of coolant that should be used in the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee is any orange Dex Cool; 50/50 Pre-Diluted. The amount of fluid that should be used in the vehicle iS-10.5 quarts for the initial fill. Coolant goes through the engine and radiator to help manage temperatures and make sure the vehicle doesn't overheat or freeze. When checking or adding coolant always wipe off the cap so no dirt or anything gets into it. There will be a min or max level on the tank and You shouldn't let it get under the min level or over the max level. The coolant doesn't last forever so it needs to be changed, for the Grand Cherokee You should change the coolant every 30,000 miles or so.
