There are multiple fuse boxes in the 2015 Toyota Highlander. The one that houses the power outlet fuse is located in the passenger cabin. If You look below and to the left of the steering column on the driver's side, You will find the fuse box. It's right next to the OBD-II port. It should be fuse number 28, but You can verify this by looking at the diagram on the inside cover of the box. You will need a fuse with a 10 amperage rating. Your Highlander is likely equipped with a plastic fuse removal tool in one of the boxes. If one isn't present, You can use a pair of pliers or something similar. Always make sure You click the new one firmly into place.
