The power steering pump is going to be located under the hood of the 2016 Dodge Charger. You're going to want to look and first find the washer fluid reservoir. This will be at the front of the engine compartment between the engine and the fire wall. You're going to want to look at the upper right side. When You find where the washer fluid goes You'll need to look right under it and there is going to be the power steering pump.
