The 2016 Subaru Forester has a driver-side wiper bade size of 24 inches and 18 inches on the passenger side. You can buy new wipers in packs of two, for about 20 dollars on average. If You need to remove the blades then You will need to find the thick black section at the base of the blade. If You squeeze this then You will be able to pull the blades up and off. To put new blades on You will want to do the same but in reverse. Now that they are on You will want to run them and make sure they do not catch or run on the window. Once You have done that, assuming they are good, then You are good to go.
