The cigarette lighter location in Your 2017 Honda Civic is... Your pocket! Just kidding. Well, kind of. While Honda still includes the 12 volt socket, it doesn't feature the coil that released the plug when heated any more. You can access the plug by flipping down the small panel ahead of the shifter; You'll find no ash tray there, though, just the socket. Honda does sell an aftermarket, honest to goodness genuine cigarette lighter, that You can replace that 12v socket with. The part number is 08U96-S9A-101, and it'll run You about $60, if You can find it locally. Amazon usually has it in stock, if You're comfortable ordering online. Can't give You any recs on the cigarettes, except to hope that You don't live in a state that taxes the beejeebers out of them like where I live!
