The first thing You need to do when locating the battery in a Mercedes is to open the door on the passenger side of Your vehicle. Do not get inside. Instead, use the lever on the side of the seat to fold it over in half. Next, push the seat forward along the track. Once the seat is out of Your way, You will discover a secret door. Open the door, and behind it You will find the battery. If the battery needs to be replaced, You can expect to pay between $80 and $248 for a new one.
