The size of the wiper blade on the 2018 Chevy Cruze is 28 inches driver side and 24 inches passenger side. New blades will be sold in packs of two, and are easy enough to get on and off. If You look at the base of the blade You will find a thicker section of plastic. If You squeeze this section and then pull You can remove the old blades. Do the same thing with the new ones and You can slide them on. Once they are on You will want to run them for a little bit, as they can scratch the window if they are not on the system correctly.
