What's the 2018 porsche macan oil type?

The 2018 Porsche Macan comes with either a 2.0 liter turbocharged 4Cylinder engine, or one of three different 3.0 liter turbocharged 6 cylinder engines. The 2.0T requireS5 quarts of SAE 5W-30 full synthetic motor oil (Porsche P/N 000 043 301 16 OR 000 043 303 17), while each of the 3.0Ts need 8.5 quarts of SAE 5W-40 full synthetic. For the latter, no Porsche part number is available, but a synthetic European blend is still recommended. Note that the proprietary oil is a recommendation and not a requirement. However, with an investment like a Macan, You can bet that I would personally use the best fluids, even if they cost a bit more. You can likely get away with slightly lower grade oil, but iAbsolutely wouldn't risk it.
