The 2018 Ram2500's lug nuts will always have thread measuring M14 X1.5, but the other measurements may vary slightly depending on whether they're OEM equipment or aftermarket. While the OEM lug nuts have hex heads measuring 22mm, the 2500's wheels could've been replaced with a number of different sizes. Depending on tire load size (standard load or extra load), you should torque your lug nuts to either 160 Nm or 200 Nm, heavier torque for heavier tires. This is roughly equivalent to 118 lb-ft and 148 lb-ft, respectively. If you're looking to replace the lug nuts, it's important that you always swap out the entire wheel, and not just one; even a slight variation may one day leave you stranded when your 22mm lug wrench won't remove the tire.
