The 2018 Ram 3500 uses lug nuts with thread measuring M14 X1.5. The manufacturer's specified lug nuts will have a 22mm hex head, though these can easily be swapped for others. If You're not sure what's on Your Ram 3500 at the moment (perhaps You bought it preowned), it's best to confirm Your hex head size for Yourself in a controlled environment (i.e., driveway or garage) so You're not caught with Your pants down on the side of a highway. Each wheel will have eight of them, as evidenced by the 8x165.1 bolt pattern. Depending on configuration, You'll require between 160 and 200 Nm of torque to fasten each. If You're thinking of replacing, it's sometimes best to replace the whole lot -- that way, You know they perfectly match. A lot of aftermarket lug nuts come with attractive pricing in large quantities, so that's another thing to consider.
