The transmitter pocket for the 2019 Chevy Equinox is going to be located in the center console. There will be a small alcove in the rear of this area. You're going to need to put Your keyfob here if the battery is low or has died on it so that You can start Your vehicle. If You are still struggling to start Your vehicle then there may be an issue with the battery on the vehicle itself.

Neither of the above answers are correct. I have yet to find the fob pocket. For sure it is not in the middle console storage compartment and it is not under the cup holder rubber insert.

The 2019 Chevy equinox transmitter pocket is located in the center console beneath the cupholder.
The transmitter pocket for Chevy Equinox is located in the cener front cupholder not back (closes to radio not console). I also had to lay it horizontal (left to right). Hope this help someone

THERE ARE TWO CUP HOLDERS / FRONT AND BACK, UP NEAR THE RADIO, LAY THE ENTIRE KEY IN THE FRONT CUP.. STEP ON BRAKE AND MASH START BUTTON....
Absolutely the most ridiculous place to have the transmitter pocket!! I had to take the whole top of the console where the shifter is off and take out the rubber liner to the cup holder then put the key in the front cup holder so it would start the car.

It is what both Sky and Flow said. The front cup holder. The one closest to the radio.
Like they said above- all I had to do was put my key in the cup holder closest to radio and it works... There is no actual "pocket" that I can see- just laid the keys in the cupholder
