What's the 2019 GMC Terrain oil filter location?

The oil filter in a 2019 GMC Terrain can be found on the driver's side of Your engine. It is located under a plastic cap that is on the top of it that is circular with a large nut on the top of it. Your oil filter sits inside the filter housing and cleans the oil before it enters Your engine from the oil pan and pickup tube. It is important to replace the oil filter every time that You change Your oil. If You don't change the fitler then Your new oil may pick up some of the contaminants from the old oil and cycle them through the engine again. A fresh filter will also prevent the oil from getting gummed up on a worn out filter.
