For the 2020 Kia Sportage You'll need 5.07 quarts of SAE 5W-20 if You've got the 2.4 L engine and 5.07 quarts of SAE 5W-30 or 0W-30 if You've got the 2.0 L engine. The type of oil that works best for You will depend on the type of climate where You're doing most of Your driving. 5W-20 and 5W-30 does give good protection and better start times in colder climates but if cold weather isn't an issue where You are then 10W-30 will be just fine. You should try to change Your oil and filter every 5,000 miles when using conventional oil and every 7,500 miles if You're using synthetic. -
