The 2020 Ram 3500 dually bolt pattern iS8 X165 mm. This part will need to be changed eventually. You should change Your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles or so. You don't want to get into any accidents on the road. Making sure Your tires are in the best condition is key to not crashing. You will come into problems with this part at some time or another. Check for holes, in case You run over something sharp. The part might become loose at some point. Premature tire wear is something to be on the lookout for. You might run into feathering issues. You could face cupping problems. Make sure to inspect the tire pressure once a month.

Many things online with say it's 8x165.1 but it has been changed to 8x200

The new ram dually is indeed 8x200 no matter what anyone says. Sure you can take off the front adapter and it is 8x165.1 but the rear is still 8x200. Truck was designed to run with the new front adapter. So the new ram 3500 dually has been confirmed to be 8x200.

DUALLY 8x200. If you take off the front adapters on a DUALLY it turns to a 8x165 (8x6.5) SRW 3500 8x165 (8x6.5)

8x200 for a dually. Changed as of the new body style for the dually only.
