The BMW error code CC id 134 is due to a damaged rear lamp malfunction that needs to be replaced. The first thing You will need to do is check the rear lights to see if they are all working properly. Then You will need to replace the rear lights. If that does not fix the code double check the connections and then use a q-tip and WD-40 to clean the contacts to make sure they will get some current. Some times certain brand bulbs do not work properly with the connections and it has been reported by consumers that the best options are BMW OEM bulbs or Sylvania seem to work the best.

After being told (and doing so)I needed to replace my right rear taillight (two times!), I found a great mechanic who showed me sometimes the bulbs fail or the bulb sockets. Check those before replacing the entire unit!
