The Cadillac XT5 has a cigarette lighter that is located to the right side of the gear shifter on the center console There is a small cover that will need to be flipped up and then You can access the cigarette lighter. The cigarette lighter here can be used to power a lot of 12 volt accessories. Your vehicle also has USB ports that can be used to charge moSTsmart devices as well. If Your 12 volt outlet is not working then the first thing that You should check are the fuses to it. IAlso recommend inspecting the port if it is not working to make sure that there is not any damage to the actual port.

2021 XT5 6 cyl prem lux.. Mine was below the cupholder area, in the space underneath, but on the panel facing the console.. I didnt even think I had one ! And while I hav plug-ins for phone charging, this helps with a front/back camera installation (which I thought Id hav to return bc I dont hav a lighter) but now researching yes I do.. Yes I def wish the OP had made that distinction.. I was lookibng by the gear shifter on top.. LOOK AROUND your vehicle and yes you prob do hav a lighter.. !
