Yikes! The U0141 OBD-II diagnostic trouble code (DTC) on Your Dodge means "Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Module" --- which, as You're aware, is the thing with Your gauges and other displays! Not good, my friend, not good at all. The typical reasons You're going to see this is because the instrument panel module (IPM) has failed --- hence the loss of communication with it! --- or is in the process of failing, the wiring harness from the engine is open or shorted, or there's a poor electrical connection to the IPM. You're going to want to look at the wiring to see if anything's been cut, or corroded, or even really bent out of shape. Replacing the whole instrumental panel's going to run around $240 for parts alone, which isn't outrageous, but probably something You'd rather avoid if possible.

The Dodge engine code u0141 is for Lost Communication With Body Control Module "A".
I have changed the fuse box starter WIN modular and still have a delayed start. I turn the key and it can take up to 5 minuts for the dash to come alive and I can hen start the truck. Any Suggestions?
