For the 2020 Dodge Journey You're advised to use Mopar Power Steering Fluid+4 but if that's not available You can also use Mopar ATF+4 Automatic Transmission Fluid. As far as maintenance goes there is no suggested interval that You need to have Your power steering fluid checked. The only time You should have to check Your levels is if You think there may be a leak in Your system. You can find the reservoir on the passenger side of the engine right next to the coolant reservoir. You can easily see if You are between the MINImum and maximum amounts. If You are low then You should fill up to the max line and if it drops below that again You likely have a leak. -
